Happy 2 year Livejournal Anniversary to me.
What a great semester... I got 4 A's and a B+ my first semester at UF. Good stuff.
Mariah Carey scored her 17th #1 single today with "Don't Forget About Us", tying her into second place with Elvis Presley for all time #1 hits. Sweet.
Well anyways, I don't really write in this thing often but I thought I would write something to prove that I am uh, still alive.
Haha.

Yeah so I'm pretty much over livejounral.
It will always be my first online love... you always remember your first!
I'll keep updating it on a weekly basis but yeah, its been a year of daily updates and it just burns you out.
I love livejournal but im not IN love with livejournal.
ANYWAYS I JUST GOT BACK FROM PREVIEW AT UF AND I HAD A FREAKIN BLAST.

I can't wait, 9 DAYS till I move into Summer, and 52 days till the above classes begin for fall.

I saw the Discovery Channel's list of the Greatest 100 Americans and it made me pretty upset.
Why the hell did Dr. Phil and George Bush make the list of Hot 100 whereas Thurgood Marshall and Andrew Jackson were overlooked?
I included the link to an editorial, which has the the list of the Hot 100 posted. Its pretty shocking that many of our forefathers were overlooked so that many flavors-of-the-week celebrities made it.

So yeah, my semifinals have been completed for sometime and I have officially advanced to the finals...
I took my AP Calculus AB test today... it was murder. hahha whatever.
My College Geometry class wrapped up yesterday and thank God, I didn't want to have to take that at UF in the fall.
Oceanography got finished in December and my AP English Lit test is on thursday! eeesh
But thank God I got Calc out of the way...

I just heard the news about Adam Long...
Dude, what the hell, life is so unfair. I knew that kid back in 8th and 9th grade when I would work out with Mike Long (his now 18-year-old little brother) and Adam would just be so cool about everything.
What the hell dude. Adam was in a motorcycle accident and things, arent looking very well for him.
Like seriously, how can that happen to somebody when you're 22?!
Pray for the Long family, whether you know who I'm talking about or not, please pray for them because nobody deserves to experience a tragedy like this.
